This Privacy Policy explains how Primo Ponies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information through QuickCheck (the "App"). QuickCheck is an equine reproductive-management application for recording operational, horse, and breeding data.
Information we collect

QuickCheck can be used with an anonymous Firebase account. If you do not provide an email address, we do not receive one through anonymous authentication.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve QuickCheck and its cloud synchronization features.
- Authenticate users, administer Premium entitlements, and process subscriptions.
- Store and synchronize the records you choose to save to the cloud.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about those requests.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our users and services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app behavioral advertising.
Permissions and device features
Camera
The App requests camera access only when you choose to scan a barcode or take/select an image for a support request. Camera images are not collected automatically. A screenshot or image is uploaded only when you explicitly attach and submit it with a support request.
Bluetooth and location permissions
The App requests Bluetooth permissions to discover and connect to compatible QuickCheck hardware. On some Android versions, Android requires location permissions for Bluetooth scanning. QuickCheck does not collect or use precise or approximate location to identify where you are.
Storage
The App may request access to files or media so you can choose support screenshots and save files you request. It does not access files unrelated to the feature you choose to use.
Where information is stored and shared
Records are stored locally on your device. When cloud synchronization is enabled, the records you choose to synchronize are transmitted over encrypted connections to Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Support screenshots are stored in Google Cloud Storage and support requests are sent to our support team through Mailgun. If you purchase a subscription, Stripe processes the payment.
We share information only with service providers that help operate these features, under their applicable terms and privacy practices:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, cloud data storage, and Cloud Functions.
- Mailgun for support-request email delivery.
- Stripe for subscription payment processing.
Data retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Cloud-synchronized data and support requests are retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data through our account and data deletion request page. We may request information to verify ownership before processing the request. Deleting cloud data does not delete copies stored locally on your devices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
QuickCheck is intended for business and professional equine-management use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
